ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The unemployment rate in Minnesota fell to a seasonally adjusted 4.7 percent in April and added nearly 42 thousand jobs in the last year according to figures released by the Department of Employment and Economic Development. State employers shed 4200 jobs in April and March figures were revised downward from 2600 jobs gained to 700 gained. In the Metropolitan Statistical Area of Duluth-Superior was up by 0.5 percent in the past 12 months.
