DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The convictions of three men have been upheld by the Minnesota Court of Appeals in decisions released on Monday. William Lehman, who was convicted in 2006 of a knife attack on two men, lost his appeal that the district court erred by imposing two consecutive seven year prison sentences. Andrew Clarke lost his appeal for a shorter sentence after being convicted of drug charges where jurors allowed a longer than guidelines sentence because he had a pattern of criminal conduct. Jeffery Holman lost his appeal of a 42 month sentence for possession of cocaine.
