VIRGINIA, MN (KDAL) - The man who was being sought as a person of interest in the murder of Harley Jacka of Virginia has been taken into custody. Anthony James Isham was apprehended without incident at a Duluth residence. The other two "persons of interest" in the homicide, Bartholamy Drift and John Isham, are in custody on unrelated charges. The investigation continues by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and Virginia Police.
