ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota unemployment rate remained unchanged in December at a seasonally adjusted 4.6 percent, considerably less than the U-S rate of 6.7 percent for the month. Minnesota employers added 9500 jobs a growth rate of 1.7 percent. In the Duluth-Superior metropolitan statistical area, employment was up by 1700 or 1.3 percent.
