ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has introduced a bonding proposal that would invest 986 million dollars in infrastructure projects around the state. The bill would include money for several area projects including renovations to the NorShor Theater, a water project at Spirit Mountain, Lake Superior College classroom remodeling, an events center at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, the Chisholm-Hibbing Airport terminal and a City of Virginia industrial park. Another project that is being pushed by the City of Duluth but did not make the Governor's list is repairs to Wade Stadium. The Minnesota House and Senate will also come up with bonding proposals when the legislature convenes on February 25th.
