DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The recent snow storm is posing some challenges for vehicle and pedestrian travel in Duluth. Aggravating the situation are vehicles parked in violation of the 24 hour parking and calendar parking ordinances. Timely snow removal is affected by those who are in violation of the ordinances so police are increasing enforcement of the parking laws. Vehicles parked in violation will get 21 dollar parking citations plus tow and impound fees that start at 100 dollars.
