DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Maurices has announced that one of its current headquarters buildings in downtown Duluth will be donated to UMD. The four story building at 105 West Superior Street has been renovated in recent years and includes a fitness center, large auditorium, conference rooms and meeting spaces and is accessible by the skywalk system and Superior Street. UMD plans to use the space for continuing education and classes for adult learners. Maurices is scheduled to move into a new headquarters building in December of 2015. Maurices will list its other two headquarter buildings at 104 and and 117 West Superior Street in the near future.
