DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Ellen O'Neill will retire after 11 years as the Executive Director of the Duluth YWCA. She plans to step down in June and a national search for her replacement has begun. YWCA Duluth President, Allegra Henderson, says O'Neill was a skilled manager and visionary who presided over the development of several regionally recognized programs and a remodel of the Spirit Valley facility following the flood in 2012. Applications for the Executive Director position will be accepted by the YMCA Board of Directors through March 3rd.
