UNDATED (KDAL) - Many of the candidates who will be running in the general election in November will be decided Tuesday as both Minnesota and Wisconsin hold primary elections. In Minnesota four major Republican candidates are vying for a spot on the ballot to face Democratic Governor Mark Dayton. Voters will also choose between 5 GOP challengers to take on Democratic Senator Al Franken. Current State Auditor Rebecca Otto is facing a challenge from Matt Entenza in a Democratic primary. In Wisconsin, Mary Burke and Brett Hulsey are in the Democratic Primary to see which one faces Governor Scott Walker in the fall. 7th District Congressman Sean Duffy is being challenged by Don Raihala on the GOP side and Kelly Westlund and Mike Krslean are on the ballot for the Democrats. In Douglas County, the Democratic primary for Sheriff between incumbent Tom Dalbec and challenger Mark Liebaert will determine who takes on Republican candidate Dan Bethards in November.
