DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A march and rally in support of ending sexual and domestic violence will be held Thursday evening in downtown Duluth. The 14th Annual "Take Back The Night" event is meant to empower survivors of violence, strengthen the community and increase awareness of the continuing problem. Pre-march rally activities will be held at the Minnesota Power Plaza, at Lake Avenue and Superior Street, beginning at 5:30 with refreshments and entertainment.
