DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota Senate's Capital Investment Committee will be in Duluth on Tuesday as part of a statewide bonding tour. Duluth is looking for about 13 million dollars in bonding for several projects including improvements at Spirit Mountain, Wade Stadium, the Lake Superior Zoo and the Norshor Theater. Committee members will hear presentations on the projects Tuesday at UMD. The House Capital Investment Committee was in Duluth last week.
