DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth City Councilors had a late night debating and eventually passing three ordinances that will regulate e-cigarettes. The ordinances ban e-cigarette sampling stores or hookah bars, bans using e-cigarettes in the same places that prohibit traditional cigarette smoking and limit the sales of e-cigs to those 18 and older. Councilors heard from over a dozen community members both for and against the ordinances. The new regulations will become effective in 30 days.
