DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Officials from Maurices and the Atwater Group informed Duluth City Councilors on Monday night that the proposed office building at 425 West Superior Street will not be as tall, have as many parking spots or cost as much as originally planned. They expect the tower that will be the new headquarters of Maurices to be 10 to 12 stories high instead of the 15 promoted when the project was first announced. Demolition of the former KDLH TV building is set for next spring and the new building should be complete by December of 2015.
