Duluth, MN (KDAL) - While following up on complaints of drug dealing, authorities in Duluth say they made five arrests earlier this week, including three for selling heroin. The Duluth Police Department says officers and members of the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force executed a search warrant Wednesday in the 700-block of East 4th Street. Through their investigation, officers say they discovered a loaded .22 caliber semi-automatic handgun, ammunition, about 16 grams of heroin packaged for sale, a digital scale, and more than 42-hundred dollars in cash. Of the five arrests, 21 year-old Kendara Shivers and 23 year-old Devon Freeman, both of Chicago, and 41 year-old Malcom Antonio Johnson have all been formally charged with selling heroin.
