DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth Police have arrested four people in two separate incidents involving vehicle tampering this week. The 17 and 15 year old males were arrested on several charges including escape from custody. Each had a cell phone with them that was stolen from the vehicle. Police also arrested two suspects in a vehicle prowl in the 200 block of Parkland Avenue on Tuesday night. The 28 and 30 year old suspects were arrested for motor vehicle tampering and both had other burglary and robbery convictions in the past.
