WASHINGTON, DC (KDAL) - The partial government shutdown is over and the debt ceiling has been extended after last hour legislation passed the House and Senate on Wednesday. In Minnesota, Michele Bachmann cast the only "no" vote among the state's congressional delegation. 8th District Congressman Rick Nolan voted "yes". Senator's Klobuchar and Franken both voted in favor of the bill. The Wisconsin delegation voted mostly along party lines with Democratic Senator Baldwin voting "yes" and GOP Senator Johnson casting a "no" vote. Republican representative Reid RIbble joined Democrats in voting yes in the House and 7th District Congressman Sean Duffy voted against the deal.
