DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Essentia Health is providing a message that is hard to miss regarding regular mammograms. They have transformed an entire DTA bus into a huge pink message about the importance of mammograms during this breast cancer awareness month. Dr. Kenneth Dornfeld, a radiation oncologist says women should get an annual mammogram starting at age 40 and hopes the giant pink sign on wheels will get the message across. He says the best way to improve cure rates and reduce treatment related side effects is to find breast cancer early.
