ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - About 13 thousand people have applied for a license to hunt wolves for the upcoming season compared to over 23 thousand who applied last year. The DNR's Dan Stark says the decrease is likely due to more interest during the first season last year and the low success rates for hunters and trappers in 2012. The number of licenses available have also been reduced this year.
