UNDATED (KDAL) - More cruises are being scheduled on the Great Lakes for 2014 according to the Great Lakes Cruising Coalition. Five ships will be offering cruises for up to 6000 guests and will visit 67 ports on the Great Lakes next year. The Duluth Seaway Port Authority's Ron Johnson says a couple of those ships will make stops in Duluth. The M-S Hamburg, which used to be named the M-S Columbus, and the Yorktown are both due in Duluth next year. Three other ships will take passengers around the lower lakes but have not made plans to venture onto Lake Superior at this time. Passenger cruises on the Lakes have been increasing in recent years.
