ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - On a vote of 75-59, the Minnesota House has voted in favor of the bill that extends civil marriage in the state to same-sex couples. The bill is expected to be voted on by the Senate on Monday of next week. Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has said he would sign the bill if it reaches his desk.
