DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The two remaining suspects in an April 21 beating that left one man hospitalized have been arrested. Jason Michael Carlsness, 29, was arrested in West Duluth earlier Friday, and 27-year-old Terrance Gewel Yance was arrested Friday evening in St. Paul. Both are charged with 2nd degree attempted murder and 1st degree assault and kidnapping. Carlsness is being held in St. Louis County Jail. Also involved in the incident were 40-year-old Chad Loren Siegel and 39-year-old Melissa Coal Martinson; Siegel was charged in Douglas County Court with party to a crime of substantial/aggravated robbery and Martinson was charged with harboring/aiding a felon. St. Louis County also has an active warrant on Siegel for 2nd degree murder. The victim remains at Essentia-St. Mary's Health in Duluth in critical but stable condition.
