INTERNATIONAL FALLS, MN (KDAL) - The Boise Paper Mill in International Falls will be shutting down two production lines and laying off 265 workers by October of this year. A company spokesperson says the mill needs to lower operating costs to meet challenges and stay in business. The salaried employees that are terminated will get severance packages. About 580 employees will remain at the plant following the layoffs.
