DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Water levels across St. Louis County are showing signs of dropping and the Public Works Department has now re-opened some of the roads that were previously flooded. There are now 7 roads that are closed to traffic because of high water and about 25 have warnings posted because of some water on the roadway. Crews will continue to monitor all County roads but motorists should remember that conditions and water depth can change rapidly. Anyone encountering an unmarked dangerous road condition should call 9-1-1 and report it.
