DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The winter season was very hard on Duluth streets and potholes have sprung up throughout the city. Mayor Don Ness has announced that maintenance money left over from a mild winter last year will allow for additional seasonal workers and "hot mix" to fill potholes this spring.
