DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Phase Two of the flood recovery efforts in northeastern Minnesota will begin this spring. Additional money has been allocated to the City of Duluth and the South St. Louis Soil and Water Conservation District to continue repairing damage done by last June's flooding. The Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources issued another 3.2 million dollars in grants this week. Phase Two projects will restore damages to the region's rivers and streams and stabilize and protect areas that were already repaired.
