Southern Minnesota (KDAL) - Roads are open again in Southern Minnesota after being shut down on Monday due to new snow and high winds.  I-94 was closed between Moorhead and Alexandria and roads between Moorhead and Audubon were shut down and between Breckenridge and Fergus Falls.  Delays at the Minneapolis International Airport were also reported.

Overnight in the Twin Ports high winds blew around yesterday's new snow, but travel is acceptable this Tuesday morning.
