DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A public meeting to discuss the planned reconstruction of 10th Avenue East in Duluth from Superior Street to 9th Street will be held on Tuesday.  The meeting is set for 6:30 to 8 p-m in the Grant Community Center at 11th Street and 9th Avenue East.  City staff will make a presentation about the proposed project followed by a question and answer session.  Construction is scheduled for 2014 and 2015.
