WASHINGTON D.C. (KDAL) - Amy Klobuchar is one of three Senators to introduce bipartisan legislation that would allow cell phone unlocking so that those who want to can switch carriers without having to get a new phone. The bill is called the Wireless Consumer Choice Act, and it asks the Federal Communications Commission to to ensure consumers have the right to unlock their phones.
