DUNN COUNTY, WI (KDAL) - A 31-year-old Wauwatosa woman has been arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence with a child in the vehicle. A Wisconsin state trooper stopped Enjoli J. Varnado shortly after midnight Saturday for excessive speed on I-94 in Dunn County. The trooper could smell alcohol as he approached the vehicle, according to a Department of Transportation news release. The trooper arrested Varnado following field sobriety tests. Varnado was driving with a 12-year-old child in the vehicle.
