GREEN BAY, WI (KDAL) - Anyone near or headed to northeastern Wisconsin should keep in mind the Bayview Bridge in Sturgeon Bay will close to vehicle and pedestrian traffic starting Monday. The bridge will be upgraded as part of a $4.8 million project. It is expected to reopen in early July. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has said it will allow snowmobiles to continue to cross the ship canal at the bridge through Sunday, Mar. 10. Traffic will be detoured through Sturgeon Bay during the bridge repair.
