SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Talk about practical application. Four Superior High School students are using their class projects to help feed hungry children in Superior and Douglas County. To do so, Tori Johnson and Haley Tribbey will hold a garage sale Saturday, Mar. 16 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Superior; Connor Anderson-Petroske and Trevor Fair will sell raffle tickets at Landmark Lanes and Village Lanes in Superior. Funds raised by the quartet will benefit the Hunger Takes No Holiday campaign and the N.O.W. Backpack Program. A Monday press conference will kick off the projects.
