DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - After a hearing on Friday held by Attorney General Lori Swanson, the Duluth City Council meets tonight and also takes on the issue of synthetic drugs. A Committee of the Whole meeting will feature more information about two ordinances meant to control the sale and use of the drugs. The council is also expected to vote on the measures Monday. One would require those selling synthetic drugs to have a license and the other makes it illegal to use synthetic drugs or other materials labeled "not meant for human consumption".
