DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - After being closed since a March 13th water main break, the Radisson Hotel in Duluth re-opens at 8 a-m Thursday, just in time for the busy summer tourism season. The water main break flooded the hotel's lower level and required more than 3 million dollars in repairs. The iconic hotel features a revolving restaurant on the top floor and has 268 guest rooms and suites.
