UNDATED (KDAL) - The Minnesota housing market continued to improve during the month of June. Closed sales in the state were up 4.5 percent, pending sales rose nearly 8 percent and average days on the market also dropped. The Minnesota Association of Realtors says the median price for homes in June was 185 thousand dollars and new listings increased more than 16 percent last month. Foreclosed and distressed properties in the state is half what is was a year ago.
