DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - 30 year old Ryan Torkelson is the Duluth Police "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week".  Torkelson has a felony warrant for his arrest for check forgery and possession of stolen and counterfeit checks.  Duluth Police are asking for help in locating Torkelson who is 6 feet four inches tall about 175 pounds with blue eyes and black hair.  Anyone with information should call 9-1-1.
