DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - People in Duluth and all around the country will be wearing red on Friday to help draw attention to the number one killer of women...heart disease. The 10th Annual event is sponsored by the American Heart Association who reminds everyone that for most of us, heart disease is preventable. Among the ways to keep "heart healthy" is to quit smoking, eat less and stick to healthier foods and be physically active, exercising at least 5 times a week.
