DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Again this year, a lack of snow in the Duluth area is affecting the Blackwood's Blizzard Snowmobile Tour.  Participating riders will have their sleds taken by trailer from Proctor to Fortune Bay Casino.  After riding the snow covered and well groomed trails in the Lake Vermilion area through Friday, riders then head to Two Harbors Friday night.  The Tour wraps up with a Celebration Dinner at Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth Saturday night.  Tickets for that dinner are still available and can be purchased by calling 218-628-0064 (ext 103).  The dinner, catered by Blackwoods,  also includes a social hour, silent auction, and raffle.  Organizers hope to raise 850 thousand dollars for ALS this weekend.
