DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Power is outlining plans to meet the energy needs of its customers with a balanced mix of reliability, affordability and improving their environmental performance. The "Energy Forward" plan will further diversify the electric generation mix of coal, natural gas, wind and hydro plants.
