The Australian radio show which featured a prank call to Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge's hospital last month (Dec12) has been officially dumped. DJs Mel Greig and Michael Christian faced a fierce international backlash following the suicide of a nurse caught up in the stunt, which was broadcast on Sydney radio station 2Day FM's Hot 30 programme. The show was suspended following the tragedy and now it has been axed.
