SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Phillip E. Bacon, who was serving time in prison for 1st degree recklessly endangering safety and a felon in possession of a firearm in 2002 is being released from custody on Tuesday and will be living at a residence on North 16th Street in Superior. Bacon was also convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault in 1999 and is subject to a Level 3 Notification process upon his release into the community. Law enforcement has notified neighborhood schools, day cares, health facilities and the public in general about Bacon's new place of residence. He will be under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Office. Contact Superior Police with any questions.
