Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The City of Duluth will be disposing of some excess property tonight as the City Council meets and unloads the old Endion Station in Canal Park and the not so old Park Point Fire Hall.

Endion Station is going to the crew that owns the Fitger's Brewhouse, Burrito Union and Tycoons.  They'll open another restaurant and bar.  The Park Point fire hall will become a nice single family dwelling.
