DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - While Duluth Police officers were making a traffic stop in the 300 block of East 6th Street on Saturday, a passenger in the vehicle got out of the car and fled to a nearby apartment.  After a short foot chase, police nabbed Joseph Leon Cannon as he was coming out the back door of the apartment.  He was taken to jail and booked on the felony warrant for his prior 2nd degree burglary, 3 misdemeanor warrants and now a new charge of fleeing the police.  Joseph Cannon was a former Duluth Police "Property Crimes Most Wanted Person of the Week".
