SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - The History Channel's hit reality show called "Axmen" will be featuring the crew from Wisconsin Woodchuck during upcoming episodes. Woodchuck is the company that is in the process of deconstructing the old Globe Elevator in Superior and salvaging the 6 million board feet of old growth lumber that it was made with. The so-called "Urban Loggers" don't harvest trees but rather harvest wood from trees that were logged over a hundred years ago. Sales of the lumber has been slow over the last few years and the company is hoping the national exposure will be good for business. "Axmen" is seen at 8 p-m on Sunday night on the History Channel and is also repeated at other times during the week.
