Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The investigation by the Fond Du Lac Reservation police is over and the results handed over to the Carlton County Attorney's Office in the case of a three year old child left in the back of school bus by the driver.  The incident happened on Monday morning at the Fond du Lac Head Start.  The boy was rescued by a passerby and was treated for frostbit.

Charges could be filed against the driver of the bus.  No word on Thursday whether or not the County Attorney's office will pursue the case.
