Duluth, MN (KDAL) - A winter weather advisory for cold temperatures is in effec this Thursday morning for much of Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Temperatures are below zero by more than a few degrees.  Light winds are helping to keep wind chill readings near the actual temperatures.

Before going out make sure that you and those you send into the cold are wrapped up and protected against the freezing temperatures.  More cold is on the way for tonight, but not as severe, by the weekend the highs should be in the thirties.
