Duluth, MN (KDAL) - In his State of the State address last night in Madison, Wisconisn Governor Scott Walker called for a new mining reform bill to be on desk this year.  Such a measure could mean a fast track for a porposed iron mining operation in Ashland and Iron Counties in Northern Wisconsin.

The Wisconsin Governor's speech was crowded out by protestors who chanted down his comments from outside the Legislative chambers in the halls of the State Capitol.
