ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - A State Senate Committee starts debating the extention of Minnesota's sales tax to clothing and internet purchases today. Those discussions are part of a larger debate over tax increases in general as lawmakers await Governor Dayton's budget plan that is due out next Tuesday.
