DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Public Utilities Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday on the proposed rate increases and other adjustments to the natural gas rate structure.  The purpose of the meeting is to explain the changes to the natural gas rates and receive comments from the public.  The meeting is set for 5 p-m in City Council Chambers of City Hall.
