DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Police have identified the latest "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week".  Joseph Leon Cannon has a felony warrant for his arrest on 2nd degree burglary charges and has three additional misdemeanor warrants.  Cannon is a 22 year old white male about six feet tall, 200 pounds, blue eyes and brown hair.  Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts should call 911.
