DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a "School Early Release Day" open skating session at the Heritage Sports Center on Friday.  The session will run from 2 to 4 p-m and is free and open to the public for pleasure skating.  Open skating is also held each Wednesday evening at the Sports Center from 6:30 to 8 p-m.
